LEONI KIBBEY – FESTIVAL DIRECTOR

Leoni has been resident in St Albans for eight years. She works as an actress, casting director & film professional. She has cast commercials, feature films, shorts and TV, recently working with Vertigo Films on The Sweeney (Starring Ray Winstone & Plan B) & Streetdance 2 3D.  Leoni has produced her own films and has previously organised festivals and events. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3156365


JEAN-LUC RENAUD - Competition Coordinator

A BAFTA member, Jean-Luc Renaud has been covering the filmed home entertainment for the past 20 years, running an industry website, publishing a magazine and organising conferences for the video supply chain community. http://www.dvd-intelligence.com

Jean-Luc ran film societies in Switzerland and the US where he lectured on mass media. He co-authored the book The Future of the European Audiovisual Industry.

HILARY GREATOREX – SCHOOLS LIAISON OFFICER.

Hilary is an actress and Theatre in Education practitioner. She has appeared in repertory theatres in Harrogate, Keswick, Worcester and Coventry. Her screen credits include Coronation Street, Waterloo Road, Casualty, Doctors and Eastenders, as well as many short films and training videos. She has worked extensively in Theatre in Education as an actor and director, writing and devising shows, as well as directing several school productions. She enjoys running drama workshops for children of all ages.


AJ Ullah - Director of Online Video Content

AJ Ullah is a life long resident of St Albans having lived here  for 25 years. After completing his year in America at UNCW Film School, he has now completed his MA in Film & Television Aesthetics. He is a local independent filmmaker who writes, edits and directs his own short films and has managed video projects with Stevenage FC, Welwyn & Hatfield Council, Herts Sports Partnership, and Holiday Inn. His work expands over varying genres from fiction to non-fiction. AJ is also the Senior Digital Technician at the University of Hertfordshire running workshops and seminars on film production.
